This will be supplied once we have a    site map and the position of the capsule or building 5 Form 15 Design Certificate from Manufacturer 6 Foundation Drawings. Either Drawn by a Architect, Building Designer , Draftsperson, or Engineer. But accompanied with a Form 15 Design Certificate By an RPEQ Engineer.   The installation Builder/Owner  Required to do.

• Drafted Working Drawings. i.e., Site Plan, Floor Plan, Elevations, Electrical, drainage and detailed setbacks, and dimensions.
• Rough-in Approval from local council. Plus a Form 3 from the  Licensed plumber

The Main frame of the capsule are 4mm thick channel galvanised steel , which is rust, heat, corrosion resistance. Overall structure design has been strengthen against winds and vibrating resistance, can stand earthquakes of at least magnitude 7. The exterior walls aviation 2.4 aluminium with  2 coats of fluorocarbon paint which is very durable. The Glass on the back and the front of the capsule are made of 6+18A+6 hollow tempered glass to prevent noise and save energy. Interior walls 10mm flame retardant board +imported PET high gloss carbon crystal plate 8mm thick. Insulation is Eco friendly polyurethane spraying which is fire retardant . The floor is Eco friendly stone plastic 8.0 thick. Bathing area, shower door 304 stainless steel gun ash brushed, transparent explosive proof glass. Bathroom door, privacy glass door. Bathroom with marble non/slip tiled floor. Customised cabinets/ smart mirror. Faucets/shower floor drain, toilet . If you decide to buy and wish to make modifications from the standard design, there will be a non-refundable $1,000 deposit. However, if you proceed with the purchase, this deposit will be deducted from the agreed price. Once your design requirements are reviewed and you are satisfied with the order, a 35% deposit will be required. When the capsule is completed, we will provide you with photos, a video, and a VIN/serial number. At this stage, an additional 40% payment is due before shipping. The remaining 25% is payable upon delivery to Australia at the agreed port. The entire process, from the time the deposit is made, typically takes 6 to 8 weeks for manufacturing. Delivery is expected to take an additional 3 to 6 weeks. Once your capsule is ready, we will provide an estimated delivery date, which may vary depending on prior orders and logistics schedules.

The following appliances are standard: induction cooktop, combination electric and steam oven, dishwasher, washing machine, full size refrigerator, exhaust hood, and two ducted air conditioning units. Additionally, a 1790 x 900 cm projection screen is included. The hot water system is not included. However, we have allocated space in a side cabinet of the capsule for a 50-litre unit, or it can be placed outside. You will need to source, install, and connect the hot water system to the pipes at the destination, which must be done by a licensed plumber.

The capsules have a maximum size of 40.02 m² due to transportation limitations, though we also manufacture smaller sizes. These units can be combined to create larger spaces and customized into various designs. Our largest capsule dimensions are L 11.500 x W 3.480 x H 3.360 meters, with a weight of 8.5 tons.  

Yes, we deliver to locations across Australia, and delivery is included in our price for areas within three hours of the closest shipping container port. Beyond three hours, the average cost is $350 per hour for the Semi trailers and cranes  over 3 hours are also additional. For installation, you will need to provide a site plan and lay down footing foundations (six are required). Our engineers will supply the necessary plans. The capsule needs to be elevated a minimum of 650 cm off the ground. We will provide leg extensions, which will be attached once the crane lifts the capsule into place. These extensions are necessary for plumbing access and council inspections. We can also arrange for a licensed builder to oversee the entire installation process. The builder will provide you with a quote after inspecting the site. They will coordinate with a certifier to obtain the required permits, schedule soil testing and foundation work with engineers, hire an electrician to connect the structure to your electrical mains, and ensure a plumber is available for water, sewerage, and rainwater connections. This comprehensive approach will help minimize installation time and ensure a smooth experience. Based on our experience, installation costs are typically under $10,000, depending on the soil conditions and the location of utility mains.

Yes, all the materials used in our space capsules are certified and comply with relevant Australian standards. We prioritise quality and safety to ensure our customers receive the best products. It is crucial that your Primary or Secondary Dwelling meets all Australian certifications in accordance with the latest building codes. These codes ensure compliance with accessibility requirements, energy efficiency ratings, fire resistance, cyclone ratings, and earthquake standards. Certification is essential; without it, you cannot legally reside in, rent out, or obtain insurance for the property, leaving you vulnerable to liability.

For residential properties in Queensland, the capsule needs to be within 20 meters from your house, with a set back from the neighbor's fence and back fence of 3 meters, and a side fence of 1 meter. It cannot be larger than 80 square meters (in NSW and VIC, the limit is 60 square meters). The block size should be a minimum of 450 square meters without a development application (DA). As the structure is solidly built with high-quality finishes, we don't anticipate any issues. However, in the event of an unforeseen situation, the structure is covered by a 6-year warranty. We are confident that, due to the durable construction materials used, it will serve you well with minimal maintenance, lasting longer than most traditional housing. All electrical products come with a 1-year warranty.
